Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking an Associate Agency Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the agency development process and achieving sales goals through effective recruitment and development of insurance advisors. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with a network of agents, developing training programs, and supporting them in reaching their targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and develop a team of insurance advisors by providing training and mentoring.
- Drive sales through effective agency management and relationship building.




- Achieve business targets set by the management on a regular basis.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with advisors to determine growth areas and support them in their development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote insurance products and enhance visibility in the market.
