*Position: Duty Manager*
*Eligibility:*
- Age: 23–30years
- Background: Hospitality / Retail / Entertainment
- Essential Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management
- Experience: 2–5 years (Supervisory / Executive level)

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Oversee daily cinema operations & show scheduling
- Manage POS, billing, cash handling & reconciliations
- Handle customer queries, complaints & conflict resolution
- Lead and supervise on-ground teams across departments
- Ensure SOP compliance, safety & service standards
- Manage inventory, stock audits & F&B; operations
- Prepare daily operational reports (MS Office)

*Compensation & Shifts:*
- CTC: ₹23,000 – ₹28,000
- Rotational shifts
