Assistant Pastry Chef Instructor – Food Consulate

Food Consulate is a professional culinary education institution specializing in Culinary Arts, Pastry, Bakery, and Hospitality, with a strong focus on practical and industry-oriented training.

We are looking for an Assistant Pastry Chef Instructor with solid hands-on experience in Pastry & Bakery to support practical classes and student training.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in conducting practical pastry and bakery classes.
- Demonstrate pastry techniques, preparation, finishing, and presentation.
- Guide and mentor students during practical sessions.
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen discipline.
- Support class preparation, mise en place, assessments, and kitchen operations.





Requirements :

- Qualification in Pastry, Bakery, or Culinary Arts.
- Relevant professional Pastry/Bakery experience is mandatory.
- Strong technical knowledge and practical skills.
- Good communication and interest in teaching/mentoring.

Working Hours: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: 1 day per week
