- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate baristas and support staff to ensure high-quality service
- Inventory & Ordering: Monitor stock levels and place orders with vendors to prevent shortages
- Customer Service: Greet regular patrons, resolve complaints professionally, and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Financial & Cash Handling: Manage daily cash registers, track sales, monitor labor costs, and assist with basic budgeting
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
