Key Responsibilities

● Independently identify, pursue, and close media and advertising sales opportunities with corporate clients, agencies, and brand partners.

● Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring retention and increased share of wallet.

● Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual revenue targets

● Develop and deliver client presentations, media proposals, and commercial pitches tailored to client objectives.

● Lead commercial negotiations and structure deals in line with company pricing and margin guidelines.

● Track and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify new revenue opportunities.

● Collaborate closely with marketing, editorial, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline, forecast, and client records in the CRM system.

● Mentor and support junior sales executives where applicable.

Candidate Requirements





● 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Digital Sales, or a closely related field.

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

● Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales/revenue targets.

● Strong existing network of client and agency relationships within the media or advertising ecosystem is an advantage.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

● Confident, well-presented, and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient in a rapid-paced, competitive environment.

● Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace.
