WHAT YOU BRING
Audit 40+ recorded calls / meetings a week against the pitch,
discovery and objection scripts.
Score each rep by funnel stage; flag re-training when a stage
falls below the team benchmark.
Verify the sales sheet: are the logged outcomes, meetings
and next dates true to the recordings?
Maintain the objection library — current objections heard,
answers that worked.
Report the weekly audit to the BD head and the director with
clips.
Certify a rep as field-ready after induction.
4–8 years in sales quality, call auditing or inside-sales team
leadership.
Sharp ear for a pitch; fair, specific, written feedback.
Comfortable with call-recording tools, Zoom recordings and
Google Sheets.
Cannot be talked out of a finding.
Pay: ₹41,667.00 - ₹58,333.00 per month
