Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle CPQ Developer / Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle CPQ (BigMachines), BML, and BMQL/BMLQ. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Oracle CPQ product capabilities, experience leading development teams, and the ability to manage development, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle CPQ solutions using BML and BMQL/BMLQ.
- Implement business logic, product configuration, and CPQ-related customizations.
- Work with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and XML for front-end customizations and integrations.
- Utilize Java, PL/SQL, and SQL for backend development and database-related activities.
- Lead the development team and ensure quality delivery within project timelines.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, provide production support, and manage deployments.
- Participate in SDLC activities, Agile ceremonies, and technical discussions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.




- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts, progress, and solutions effectively through presentations and discussions.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle CPQ development.
- Robust hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ (BigMachines), BML, and BMQL/BMLQ.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle CPQ product functionality and capabilities.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Working experience with Java, PL/SQL, and SQL.
- Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in production support, troubleshooting, and deployment.
- Experience in technical documentation.
- Previous experience leading a development team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Education & Certification

- Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc
- Oracle CPQ Certification: Good to have.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Relevant bench or in-house candidates only.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable with 3–4 office visits per month, as required.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per year
