- Manage the dealership’s social media pages and online presence.
- Create and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote vehicles, offers, events, and dealership activities.
- Generate leads through social media campaigns and digital promotions.
- Respond to customer enquiries, comments, and messages professionally.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams for promotional content.
- Capture photos and videos of vehicles, events, deliveries, and showroom activities.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, leads, and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and implement creative content ideas.
- Support digital marketing activities and maintain a solid brand image online.
