Berkeley Hyundai, Panchkula is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-oriented New Car Sales Executives to join our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their car-buying requirements.
- Understand customer preferences, budget, and vehicle requirements.
- Explain Hyundai car models, features, specifications, pricing, offers, and finance options.
- Arrange and assist customers with test drives.
- Handle showroom, telephone, and online enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into vehicle sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Explain vehicle exchange, finance, insurance, and other available options.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries and follow-ups.




- Stay updated about new Hyundai models, features, prices, offers, and competitor products.

Candidate Requirements

- 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in automobile, showroom, retail, banking, insurance, telecom, or other sales roles will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
