Engineer - B.E / B.Tech / MCA

Certification :
Technology | Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals

Delivery Skills required are :
Independently develop and maintain D365 CRM modules and customizations.
Build and maintain Power Apps solutions and automate workflows.
Implement C#/.NET components and front-end scripting for CRM enhancements.
Optimize integration with SharePoint Online and external systems.
Develop and consume REST APIs, Web Services, and Microservices for CRM workflows.
Collaborate with team members for troubleshooting, testing, and deployment.
Maintain documentation and update CRM configurations as per business requirements.
Support minor performance tuning and data validation in CRM.





- Excellent understanding of software design patterns and programming principles.
- Should have Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills along with Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
- Perform thorough analysis and generate root-cause-analysis for any production issue
- Provide necessary fixes and test the fixes to ensure no defect leakage.
- Adherence to project processes and ensure SLA compliance.
- Understanding of D365 Setup or Deployment in different environments
