- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Prepare and release offer letters for selected candidates.
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Ensure regular communication and a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within deadlines.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
