Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain our products or services, handle customer queries, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain products, services, and offers clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments, wherever required.
- Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
- Follow up with prospective customers to improve conversions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.




- Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience.

Requirements

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to handle customer objections and queries confidently.
- Solid convincing, listening, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
