The candidate will manage the business development cycle from lead identification and customer contact through RFQ, proposal, negotiation and order booking.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new opportunities in Defence, Aerospace, Naval Electronics and Power Electronics.
- Generate enquiries, RFQs/RFPs and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline.
- Develop business with Indian Armed Forces, DRDO, BEL, HAL, BEML, shipyards, Defence PSUs, private Defence companies and system integrators.
- Build relationships with technical, procurement, project and management personnel.
- Conduct regular customer visits, capability presentations and technical/business discussions.
- Track Defence tenders and upcoming procurement/development programmes.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production and Finance for technical and commercial proposals.
- Prepare quotations, support costing and participate in commercial negotiations.
- Convert opportunities into orders and develop repeat business from existing customers.
- Identify opportunities for localisation,



import substitution and recent product development.
- Monitor competitors, Defence programmes, procurement trends and relevant Government policies.
- Support customer coordination during execution and assist Finance with payment/receivables follow-up.

Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, E&C;, Instrumentation or related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing is desirable.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in Defence Electronics, Aerospace, Power Electronics, Defence Manufacturing, Government/PSU Sales or Technical Business Development.
- Experience dealing with Indian Armed Forces, DRDO, BEL, HAL, Defence PSUs or private Defence companies is strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
