## Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle customer calls, follow-ups, and website enquiries.

The company will provide calling data through our CRM. The employee will be responsible for contacting potential customers by phone and email, understanding their requirements, and maintaining regular follow-ups.

### Key Responsibilities

- Call potential customers using leads and data provided through the CRM.

- Handle enquiries received through the company website.

- Follow up with interested customers regularly.

- Send emails to potential clients and respond to basic enquiries.

- Update call status, customer details, and follow-up notes in the CRM.

- Maintain proper records of leads and customer communication.

- Coordinate with the team when a customer shows interest or shares a requirement.





- Build good communication with potential customers and help move enquiries forward.

### Requirements

- Basic English speaking and writing skills.

- Good communication skills.

- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

- Basic computer and email knowledge.

- Ability to use CRM software. Training can be provided.

- Good follow-up skills and a positive attitude.

- Freshers as well as candidates with sales or telecalling experience can apply.

Full time

This is a straightforward sales and follow-up role. All calling data and website leads will be provided by the company.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
