Job Title: IT Specialist / IT Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Specialist to manage and support our complete IT infrastructure on-site. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving day-to-day technical issues, maintaining hardware and network systems, ensuring data security, and managing software applications to ensure seamless business operations across our showroom and administrative office.

Key Responsibilities1. Hardware, Network & System Administration

- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices across all departments.
- Manage and troubleshoot local network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi routers, switches, firewalls, LAN connectivity, and ISP connections.
- Oversee CCTV camera surveillance systems, biometric/attendance devices, and access control hardware.

2. Software, Data & Application Support

- Provide technical support for office software, including Google Workspace / Microsoft 365, email clients, and desktop applications.
- Assist in maintaining internal business software (ERP, accounting/inventory systems, HR software, and local databases).
- Implement regular data backup protocols, system updates, and antivirus updates to secure company data.

3. User Support & Helpdesk Operations

- Serve as the single point of contact for all internal employee IT issues,



troubleshooting hardware, software, and network glitches promptly.
- Onboard new staff by setting up user accounts, workstations, official email IDs, and access permissions.
- Manage asset inventory, tracking IT equipment allocation, repairs, servicing, and vendor warranties.

4. Vendor Management & Procurement

- Liaise with third-party vendors, ISPs, and service providers for hardware purchases, network upgrades, and equipment maintenance.
- Evaluate technical requirements and recommend hardware/software upgrades to improve overall operational efficiency.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Hardware & Networking, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, and network troubleshooting.
- Technical Expertise:
- Sound knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), and Wi-Fi management.
- Experience with biometric attendance machines, CCTV DVR/NVR management, and printer network configuration.
- Familiarity with email administration, Google Workspace, and data security standards.
- Soft Skills: Solid analytical problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize urgent technical issues, and good communication skills to assist staff members.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
