Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution & Supervision: Assist senior engineers in supervising daily construction, interior, and civil works on-site to ensure adherence to approved architectural drawings and specifications.
- Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor daily site progress, maintain site logs, and assist in preparing regular execution updates for the project management team.
- Quality & Material Control: Help inspect construction materials upon delivery and monitor in office work quality to prevent defects or rework.
- Drawing & Measurement Support: Review and interpret structural/architectural blueprints, assist with on-site measurements, and coordinate with contractors.
- Team & Subcontractor Coordination: Act as a ground-level communication link between laborers, subcontractors, and senior management to ensure smooth workflow.
- Site Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols,



proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintenance of a hazard-free work environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
