Junior Accountant / Tally Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Tally Operator to support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist the Finance & Accounts team with routine reporting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers and expense records.
- Handle bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Verify bills and supporting documents before processing payments.




- Maintain proper filing of financial and accounting documents.
- Assist in preparation of monthly reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal departments regarding accounts-related queries.
- Support the senior accountant/finance team during audits and month-end closing.

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS and accounting principles.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
