Zonal Credit Manager – Supply Chain Finance

We are seeking a senior credit qualified to lead credit underwriting, risk management, and portfolio monitoring for our Supply Chain Finance business.

Responsibilities

- Review and approve credit proposals within delegated authority.
- Assess customer financials, business risks, and repayment capacity.
- Develop credit policies and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor portfolio quality, loan exposures, and early warning indicators.
- Coordinate with sales, collections, legal, compliance, and audit teams.
- Review MIS reports, portfolio performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Improve credit processes and approval turnaround time.
- Lead and mentor the credit team.

Requirements





- 10-13 years of experience in credit and risk management in Banks/NBFCs.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- CA Qualified.
- Strong experience in retail lending, underwriting, and credit approvals.
- Exposure to lending for self-employed customers.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹4,500,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
