Job Title: Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Executive

Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the smooth, protected, and efficient operation of all building facilities, equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other maintenance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Inspect electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and other systems regularly.
- Identify and rectify breakdowns and technical issues promptly.
- Attend and close maintenance complaints/requests within the required timeframe.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, repairs, and spare parts.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance work.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and company procedures.
- Monitor the condition and performance of equipment to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- Maintain adequate stock of maintenance tools, consumables, and spare parts.
- Support installation, shifting, modification, and commissioning of equipment when required.
- Conduct routine inspections of the building, including lighting, water supply, drainage, fire safety systems, and other facilities.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions in maintenance areas.
- Report major faults, recurring issues, and maintenance requirements to the reporting manager.
- Maintain necessary maintenance documentation and reports.

Qualifications & Skills

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- Relevant experience in facility/building maintenance preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to respond quickly to breakdowns and emergencies.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Timely closure of maintenance complaints.
- Reduction in equipment breakdowns and downtime.
- Completion of preventive maintenance as scheduled.
- Proper maintenance of records and inventory.
- Compliance with safety standards.
- Efficient utilization of maintenance materials and resources.

Location: Salem [In & Around]

Immediate Joiners Perferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
