Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Developer with 7+ years of overall Salesforce experience and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Loyalty Cloud. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in implementing, customizing, and supporting loyalty management solutions to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty program performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.
- Configure and customize loyalty programs, rewards, points management, and member engagement features.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
- Configure loyalty program rules, tiers, benefits, promotions, and rewards redemption processes.
- Integrate Salesforce Loyalty Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and external systems using APIs.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and provide ongoing production support.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and deployment processes.
- Participate in testing,



documentation, release management, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of overall Salesforce experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Loyalty Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of loyalty program configuration, member management, rewards, points, tiers, and promotions.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce platform development.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, data management, and deployment processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience implementing and supporting enterprise-level loyalty programs.
- Knowledge of customer engagement, retention strategies, and loyalty program lifecycle management.
- Salesforce certifications related to development or loyalty solutions would be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate must have substantial hands-on experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, along with strong Salesforce development skills and the ability to deliver scalable loyalty management solutions.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
