Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Delight Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming workplace for customers and ensuring a pleasant in-store experience. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Job Role
- Extend a friendly and welcoming greeting to customers and directing them to respective floors or sales persons.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and messages and reply to or redirect them.
- Updating store documents on regular basis.
- Handling grievance of customers with effective communication and redirect them towards recpective authorities.
