Job Title: Factory Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily factory operations and production activities.
- Manage and coordinate factory workers and staff.
- Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintain product quality and workplace discipline.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Monitor workflow and resolve day-to-day production issues.
- Maintain production reports and records.
- Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with the production and quality departments.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Factory Supervisor in a manufacturing company is mandatory.
- Positive team management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of factory operations and production processes.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
