Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer to oversee construction activities, coordinate with contractors, monitor project progress, and ensure that work is completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with site teams and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction and site activities.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Inspect construction materials and workmanship to maintain quality standards.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Review engineering drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Identify site-related issues and implement appropriate corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and applicable regulations.




- Monitor material usage, labour productivity, and project resources.
- Coordinate with project management teams to resolve technical challenges.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and site execution.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines.
- Previous construction or site engineering experience is preferred.
