Employment Type: Full-time

Working Time: 9 Hours Shift ( 9:30 AM to 6:30PM or 10 AM to 7 PM)

Week Off: Sunday

Experience: 3–7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

1) Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the CRM team to ensure high performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

2) Client Communication: Oversee customer interactions and ensure clear, professional, and timely communication with clients.

3) CRM Operations: Manage and optimize CRM processes, maintain accurate client records, and ensure effective utilization of Zoho CRM or similar platforms.

4) Customer Relationship Management: Develop strategies to improve client retention, engagement, and overall customer experience.

5) Customer Support Oversight: Ensure prompt resolution of client queries, concerns, and service issues while maintaining service quality standards.

6) Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor CRM metrics, generate reports, analyze customer data, and recommend improvements for business growth.

7) Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing,



and Operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and achieve business objectives.

8) Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance CRM workflows, automation, and customer engagement initiatives.

Must-have Skills:

1) CRM Leadership Experience – Proven experience leading a CRM or customer service team.

2) CRM Software Knowledge – Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.

3) Customer Relationship Management – Solid understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies.

4) Team Management Skills – Ability to motivate, guide, and manage team performance effectively.

5) Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills with domestic clients.

6) Interpersonal Skills – Robust collaboration, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.

7) Analytical Skills – Ability to interpret CRM data, generate insights, and drive process improvements.
