Hiring: Project Manager – Civil (Building Construction)

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise building construction projects from foundation to finishing.
- Handle piling, basement, excavation, foundation, RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, and concreting works.
- Supervise brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing activities.
- Ensure construction quality, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, labour, and materials.
- Handle estimation, BOQ, quantity surveying, measurements, and RA bills.




- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and material consumption.
- Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with clients and consultants.

Required Skills:

- 5–10 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction execution, estimation, billing, and site management.
- Good leadership, planning, and team management skills.
