Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Staff Nurse to join our care team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, monitoring residents’ health, and supporting daily medical needs in a residential care setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day nursing care to residents
Monitor vital signs, medication administration, and health status
follow treatment plans
Maintain accurate patient records and reports
Support residents with basic care needs.
Identify early signs of medical issues and escalate appropriately
Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed
Provide emotional support to residents and families
Eligibility & Requirements
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing
Experience: 1–3 years (experience in ICU, geriatrics preferred)
Valid nursing registration
Valuable communication skills (Gujarati / Hindi / basic English)
Compassionate, patient, and attentive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
