URGENT HIRING – M.A.L.E /RECRUITER
Position: Field Recruiter – Delivery & Warehouse Hiring
Salary: ₹18,000 + Petrol Allowance
Requirement: Own Bike & Valid Driving Licence
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit Delivery Boys, Van Delivery, Picker & Packer, and Warehouse Staff
- Candidate sourcing, calling & screening
- Coordinate interviews and joining
- Visit client/warehouse offices as required
- Handle field recruitment and candidate follow-ups
Requirements:
- Positive communication skills
- Kannada, Hindi & English preferred
- Fresher/Experienced candidates can apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
