Key Responsibilities

* Core Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and expense tracking.

* ⁠Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and vendor reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.

* ⁠Financial Reporting Support: Assist Finance Officers in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, P&L; statements, and cash flow reports.

* ⁠Compliance & Audits: Support statutory compliance tasks, GST filings, TDS, and internal audit preparations.

* ⁠Process Collaboration: Coordinate smoothly within the 11-member finance and operations ecosystem to resolve discrepancies and flag financial bottlenecks promptly.

Firm Requirements & Qualifications

1. Education & Background

Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com / BBA), or related financial field.

Certifications: CA Intermediate, semi-qualified CA, or equivalent professional tracking is a robust plus.

Experience Required

Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on corporate accounting or firm experience.

Why this fits your team structure: Since you already have 3 Finance Officers guiding the macro-strategy and 2 existing accountants handling initial workflows, this candidate shouldn't be a raw fresher, nor do they need to be a senior manager. They should have enough experience to require minimal hand-holding for day-to-day execution.

1. Technical Skills & Tools

Software Proficiency: Advanced command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial modeling basics) and mainstream accounting tools/ERP systems (such as Tally Prime).

Regulatory Knowledge: Sound working knowledge of Indian taxation, GST structures, and basic corporate compliance frameworks.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
