JOB DESCRIPTION – STORES & PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month

Qualification: Diploma – Chemistry

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Driving Licence: Valid Four-Wheeler & Two Wheeler Licence – Mandatory

Role Overview

Responsible for FRP flower pot material purchase, vendor coordination, inventory management, and stores operations. The candidate will ensure timely availability of raw materials and maintain accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle purchase of FRP raw materials, resins, chemicals, fibres, consumables, and other production materials.

· Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.

· Collect quotations, compare prices, negotiate, and follow up on deliveries.

· Manage stores, inward/outward materials, stock records, and inventory control.

· Monitor minimum stock levels and raise purchase requirements.





· Coordinate with Production for daily/weekly material requirements.

· Conduct regular physical stock verification.

· Arrange local material pickup and delivery when required.

· Maintain proper purchase and stores documentation.

Requirements

· Diploma qualification preferred.

· Good knowledge of stores and purchase activities.

· Chemistry knowledge will be an added advantage, especially for handling FRP resins and chemicals.

· Good communication, negotiation, and vendor-follow-up skills.

· Basic MS Excel knowledge.

· Willingness to travel locally for procurement activities.

· Four-wheeler & Two wheeler driving licence is mandatory.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
