Position: Content Creator
Department: Digital Marketing

Employment: Full-Time / Intern Cum Full-Time
Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Develop fresh and creative content ideas for multiple brands and industries.
- Create engaging social media content, captions, hooks, scripts, campaign concepts, and promotional copy.
- Develop concepts for Reels, short-form videos, brand campaigns, and digital promotions.
- Research trending topics, formats, competitors, and audience behaviour.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Convert marketing objectives into simple, creative, and engaging content.
- Work closely with Design, Video Editing, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams.
- Create content for product marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
- Monitor content performance and suggest creative improvements.
- Use AI tools for research, ideation, content development, and productivity.
- Continuously experiment with new content formats and creative approaches.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong English writing and communication skills.
- Creative thinking and strong idea-generation ability.
- Positive understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Ability to write compelling hooks, captions, scripts, and marketing copy.




- Good understanding of current social media trends and content formats.
- Ability to understand different brands and create content for their target audience.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt quickly.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome with strong creativity and a good portfolio.
