Job Title: Supply Chain and Inventory Manager

Location: Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi
Work Mode: Work from Office

Job Summary

We are looking for a Supply Chain and Inventory Manager to manage inventory, vendor coordination, outsourced production, procurement, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, Excel, inventory management, and vendor coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inventory planning and ensure timely stock availability
- Coordinate with vendors and outsourced manufacturers for production and delivery
- Follow up with vendors to ensure production timelines are met
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickup and delivery
- Maintain purchase orders, production records, inward stock, dispatches, and inventory data
- Monitor stock levels, shortages, excess inventory, and slow-moving items
- Prepare Excel reports for inventory, stock ageing, replenishment, and production planning
- Work with sales and operations teams for demand forecasting and inventory planning
- Use ERP or inventory management software to maintain accurate stock records
- Resolve vendor, production, inventory, and logistics issues
- Provide regular inventory and supply chain updates to management

Required Skills





- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory, procurement, production coordination, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, filtering, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with ERP or inventory management software
- Strong vendor coordination and follow-up skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with inventory and operational data
