- Customer Coordination: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide updates, and maintain robust client relationships.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, generate business leads, and support the sales process.
- Order Execution: Process customer orders accurately and coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution.
- Logistics & Dispatch: Work closely with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- System Management: Maintain accurate records, data entry, and transaction updates using Tally / SAP.
- Payment Follow-ups: Monitor outstanding receivables and coordinate with customers to ensure payments are received on time.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
