Core Responsibilities

- Preventive Maintenance: Inspect and service split ACs, cassette units, ductable systems, chillers, and exhaust fans regularly to stop breakdowns.
- Guest & Area Requests: Respond quickly to climate complaints or repair calls from guest rooms, lobbies, banquet halls, restaurants, and back-of-house offices.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose electrical or mechanical failures (such as faulty compressors, capacitors, thermostats, or refrigerant leaks) and replace damaged parts.
- System Operations: Monitor cooling performance, clean air filters and coils, check gas/refrigerant pressures, and balance airflow.
- Logbooks & Compliance: Record daily maintenance checks, service tickets, and parts usage through the hotel's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Cross-Functional Support: Work with the engineering and plumbing teams on general facility upkeep and emergency shifts.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
