Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, lead generation, social media management, and brand development. The candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns, generating quality leads, strengthening brand visibility, managing social media platforms, and coordinating the digital marketing team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Plan content calendars and coordinate posts, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage YouTube uploads, SEO, and channel growth.
- Develop strategies for brand awareness, brand positioning, and online visibility.
- Manage and coordinate the digital marketing team, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Track campaign results, lead quality, cost per lead, and social media engagement.
- Coordinate with sales and content teams to improve lead generation and marketing outcomes.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong hands-on Google Ads experience.
- Proven experience in paid advertising campaigns and lead generation.
- Practical experience in social media management and YouTube channel operations.
- Knowledge of brand development,



digital marketing strategies, and online promotions.
- Experience coordinating or managing a digital marketing team.
- Understanding of keyword research, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
