Job Summary

iSva Architects & Interiors is looking for a creative and motivated Junior Architect to join our architectural and interior design team. The candidate will work closely with senior architects and the design team on residential, commercial, interior, and architectural projects from concept development through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed drawings.
- Develop and modify drawings based on client and senior architect requirements.
- Prepare interior layouts, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, and elevations.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Assist with site visits, measurements, site inspections, and execution coordination.
- Prepare material selections, schedules, and basic specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams when required.
- Assist in preparing presentations, mood boards, 3D views, and design documentation.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with applicable building standards and project requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and revision records for drawings.
- Support senior architects in day-to-day project coordination.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Basic to good knowledge of SketchUp.
- Knowledge of Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray,



or other rendering software is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
- Positive understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
- Ability to understand plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and interior detailing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Educational Qualification

- B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience may apply.
