About the Role

We are seeking a Research Analyst & Program Facilitator in Programming, Data Science, and AI who is passionate about emerging technologies and dedicated to nurturing young talent. As part of our fast-growing startup, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference by guiding students through experiential learning and developing innovative programs.

- Qualifications: B.E., B.Tech., B.Sc., M.Sc., BCA, or MCA in Computers, Electronics, IT, or equivalent fields.
- Passionate Educator: You have an innate drive to inspire and educate young minds, fostering their growth and curiosity.
- Tech Enthusiast: With a keen interest in technology, you’re always exploring new trends, tools, and applications.

- Continuous Learner: You embrace lifelong learning and stay updated on the latest developments in your field.

Responsibilities





- Facilitate engaging sessions and deliver hands-on learning experiences to students aged 12 to 17.
- Guide students through curated programs in Python Programming, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (ML/CV/NLP/Gen AI/LLMs) and more.
- Lead real-life projects, hackathons, capstone projects encouraging collaboration and innovation among students.
- Mentor students on personal and project development, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies through research and facilitate discussions on their potential impact.
- Assess student progress and communicate effectively with parents.
- Contribute to curriculum development, software development and improvement initiatives.

Requirements: 0 to 4 years of experience, freshers meeting above requirements can also apply

- Must be willing to work in Pune (Wanowrie/Salunke Vihar area).
- Strong knowledge in Computer Science fundamentals & Python programming.
- Proven ability to build projects using Python and Data Science/AI for solving problems.
- Experience/ knowledge of tools like VS Code, Power BI, Github will be added advantage.
- Experience or willingness to teach Python, Data Science & Analytics, AI.




- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students.
- Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, creative, and passionate about shaping the future of education.
