​Schedule & Work Structure

- ​Work Hours:



5 hours per day (Monday to Saturday)
- ​Monday to Friday: On-site at our office in Kaloor, Kochi
- ​Saturday: Work From Home (WFH)

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Video & Visual Content: Shoot, edit, and create engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and graphical content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- ​Copywriting & Posts: Draft catchy captions, post descriptions, and announcements targeting job seekers and corporate clients.
- ​Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling content, monitoring comments/messages, and tracking engagement trends.
- ​Campaign Brainstorming: Ideate creative concepts to market V-Line's recruitment services and highlight career opportunities.

​Requirements & Skills

- ​Basic skills in mobile video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or Photoshop).
- ​Active understanding of social media trends, reels formats, and platform algorithms.
- ​Good written and verbal communication skills.
- ​Proactive, creative mindset with an eye for clean visual layout and engaging storytelling.
- ​Ability to commute to our office in Kaloor from Monday to Friday.

​Internship Terms

- ​Duration: 3 Months
- ​Stipend: Unpaid
