Job Summary
Oram Fortune LLP is looking for an experienced Ads Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising, with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, lead generation, social media, and graphic content.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
- Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Generate quality leads and monitor campaign performance, CPL, and conversions.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms.
- Create or coordinate graphics, reels, videos, and other social media content.
- Develop engaging creatives for ads and social media campaigns.
- Analyze campaign results and optimize ads for better performance.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Ads, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
- Robust hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience in lead generation and paid advertising.
- Good knowledge of social media management and content creation.
- Basic to good knowledge of graphic design and video content creation.
- Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns and deliver results.
