About the Role

​We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer – Infrastructure specialized in comprehensive external infrastructure development for large-scale gated residential communities, township layouts, and industrial parks/factories.

​You will take charge of on-site horizontal infrastructure: bulk earthworks, site grading, internal asphalt/paver/VDF concrete road networks, integrated storm drainage, utility corridors (electrical, telecom, water supply), and specialized installations like STP/WTP and firefighting pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

- ​Internal Road Networks & Pavements: Supervise end-to-end execution of campus internal roads—subgrade preparation, GSB, WMM, Bituminous/Asphalt laying, Concrete roads (PQC/VDF), and heavy-duty interlock paver block paving with kerb stones.
- ​Bulk Earthworks & Site Grading: Supervise site clearance, bulk excavation, cut-and-fill operations, compaction testing (FDD/Core Cutter), and formation leveling using motor graders, compactors, and survey control.
- ​Stormwater & Drainage Networks: Lead execution of peripheral compound walls, retaining walls, RCC box drains, masonry/precast storm drains, culverts, and rainwater harvesting structures.
- ​Underground Wet & Dry Utilities:
- ​Coordinate trenching, bedding, laying, and testing of water supply lines (DI/HDPE), sewage networks (UPVC/RCC/HDPE), and fire hydrant networks.
- ​Oversee electrical and telecom ducting, service road cross-overs, manholes, inspection chambers, and feeder pillar foundations.
- ​Industrial & Community Plants (STP/WTP/OHT): Supervise civil works for Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), sump tanks, Overhead Tanks (OHT), and pump rooms.
- ​Survey & Alignment Control:



Coordinate daily with surveyors to establish bench marks, control levels, invert levels of pipelines, road centerlines, and slope gradients using Total Station / Auto Level.
- ​Machinery & Vendor Management: Direct site deployment of earthmoving equipment (JCBs, excavators, motor graders, tandem rollers), manage sub-contractors, and ensure timely availability of aggregates, gravel, and pipes.
- ​Billing, QA/QC & Documentation: Prepare and verify Joint Measurement Sheets (JMS), Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), contractor running bills, material reconciliation, and Daily Progress Reports (DPR).

​Requirements & Qualifications

- ​Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- ​Experience: 6 to 10 years of in office civil experience, with at least 3 to 5 years exclusively handling external infrastructure/development works for:
- ​Plotted layouts, villa communities, or integrated townships.
- ​Industrial developments, manufacturing plants, logistics parks, or warehouse facilities.
- ​Technical Proficiencies:
- ​Solid grasp of invert levels, drainage slopes, soil compaction parameters, and utility conflict resolutions.
- ​Hands-on ability to read and execute master infrastructure plans, layout service drawings, and cross-sectional road profiles.
- ​Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and survey data verification.
- ​Key Strengths: Strong ground-level contractor handling, efficient heavy machinery planning, and rapid resolution of physical service line clashes.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
