About the Role We are looking for an experienced and responsible Retail Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of the MM Mithaiwala retail outlet. The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, monitoring sales, ensuring proper product display and availability, handling customers, managing stock, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring smooth functioning of the outlet. Key Responsibilities

1. Outlet Operations Manage and supervise the complete day-to-day operations of the retail outlet. Ensure the outlet is opened and closed as per company timings and procedures. Ensure the outlet is clean, organized, properly staffed, and ready for customers. Ensure all company SOPs and Management instructions are followed. Monitor the overall functioning of the outlet throughout the shift.

2. Staff Management Supervise sales staff, counter staff, helpers, and other outlet employees. Allocate daily duties and responsibilities to staff. Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, and performance. Ensure staff maintain proper uniforms and professional behaviour. Train staff on customer service, product knowledge, billing, hygiene, and company procedures. Handle staff-related issues and report serious matters to Management/HR.

3. Sales Management Monitor daily sales and ensure the outlet achieves assigned sales targets. Track counter sales, product-wise sales, and overall outlet performance. Encourage staff to upsell and cross-sell products. Ensure proper product knowledge among sales staff. Monitor peak-hour sales and arrange manpower accordingly. Report daily sales performance to Management.

4. Customer Service Ensure excellent customer service at all times.



Personally attend to significant customers and special requirements. Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service issues professionally. Ensure customers receive accurate information regarding products, prices, offers, and availability. Escalate major customer complaints to Management.

5. Product Display & Availability Ensure sweets, namkeen, gift boxes, and other products are properly displayed. Monitor product availability throughout the day. Ensure displays are attractive, clean, and properly labelled. Coordinate with the production/store team for replenishment of products. Ensure products are rotated and displayed according to company standards.

6. Stock Management Monitor daily stock of sweets, namkeen, packaging materials, and other retail items. Conduct regular physical stock checks. Monitor shortages, wastage, damage, and expiry. Ensure proper stock rotation and storage. Report stock discrepancies immediately to Management. Ensure sufficient packaging materials such as boxes, bags, trays, labels, and other materials are available.

7. Billing & Cash Handling Supervise the billing counter and ensure accurate billing. Monitor cash, UPI, card, and other payment collections. Ensure proper cash handover and reconciliation. Check for billing errors, cancellations, discounts, and refunds. Report any cash discrepancy immediately to Management.

8. Hygiene & Cleanliness Ensure the entire outlet is clean and hygienic throughout the day. Monitor cleanliness of counters, display areas, floors, storage areas, and customer areas. Ensure staff follow proper hygiene and grooming standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
