Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products, including batteries, LED lights, engine oil, lubricants, and related products.
- Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and product requirements.
- Maintain customer databases and update call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate product information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.




- Confident telephone communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Good follow-up, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work towards targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Gender: Open to all candidates.
- Industry Preference: Automotive, automobile spare parts, batteries, lubricants, electrical products, or FMCG sales experience preferred.

Salary & Perks

- Monthly salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000, depending on experience and skills.
