POSITION SUMMARY

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. They will manage social media accounts, create content, design posts and make reels, monitor analytics, and interact with the audience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging content, including posts, articles, visuals and reels.
- Monitor social media analytics and track key performance indicators.
- Interact with the audience, respond to comments and messages.
- Stay updated with social media trends and implement best practices.




- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall campaigns.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

– Proven experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

– Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.

– Solid understanding of social media trends and best practices.

– Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
