Job Summary – Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in immigration and overseas career services. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Canada immigration and PR pathways, including Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP), and other immigration programs.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, handling client consultations, monitoring leads and follow-ups, improving conversions, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring a high standard of client service.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales management, immigration consultancy, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of Canada PR and immigration processes
- Valuable understanding of Express Entry, PNP,



and other Canadian immigration pathways
- Ability to understand client profiles and explain suitable immigration options
- Experience in lead management, counselling, follow-ups, and sales conversion
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-management skills
- Ability to set and achieve sales targets
- Experience in handling and motivating a sales team
- Knowledge of immigration documentation and application procedures will be an advantage
