Job Description: Recruitment Manager

Location: Mulund, Mumbai

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment function, with a robust focus on technical and sales hiring. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing recruitment teams, developing effective talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring timely and quality hiring to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical & Sales Hiring

- Lead and oversee recruitment for technical and sales positions.
- Work closely with technical teams, sales leaders, and department heads to understand hiring requirements, skill expectations, and role competencies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche technical roles and high-volume sales positions.

2. End-to-End Recruitment Management

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and offer closure.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding coordination.
- Optimize recruitment processes to reduce time-to-fill while maintaining hiring quality.

3. Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters.
- Set recruitment targets, monitor team performance, and ensure productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement best practices to improve recruitment efficiency.

4. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development





- Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, and other recruitment platforms.
- Leverage Boolean searches, networking, referrals, and social media to identify suitable candidates.
- Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

5. Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to forecast recruitment needs.
- Conduct regular meetings to discuss hiring progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Provide market insights and advise stakeholders on recruitment trends and talent availability.

6. Reporting & Compliance

- Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and weekly/monthly hiring reports.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment guidelines.
- Manage recruitment budgets effectively and follow the required approval processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to technical and sales hiring.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience in managing a small to mid-sized recruitment team.
- Strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques,



Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
