Senior Electrician – Hospital Maintenance Department

Department: Maintenance
Location: Gautham Hospital
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent

Job Responsibilities

- Handle electrical maintenance and repair work within the hospital.
- Attend to electrical complaints and breakdowns promptly.
- Maintain electrical panels, wiring, lights, switches, sockets, and other electrical systems.
- Carry out regular preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Monitor and assist with DG, UPS, and other backup power systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply to critical hospital areas.
- Identify and rectify electrical faults and safety hazards.
- Maintain daily maintenance and breakdown records.
- Follow all electrical safety and hospital safety procedures.




- Coordinate with maintenance staff and external service technicians when required.
- Supervise and guide junior electricians/helpers when necessary.
- Respond to electrical emergencies, including power failures and breakdowns.

Requirements

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Hospital or commercial building maintenance experience preferred.
- Positive knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
