URGENT HIRING - Account Executive - Site

Qualification: Bcom / Mcom

Experience: 5 years of experience in real estate

CTC: 4 LPA

Location - Kolkata (Kashipur)

Key Responsibilities:

· Process vendor bills, check measurement sheets (RA bills), and material delivery

receipts.

· Track subcontractor advances, running account (RA) bills, and proper recoveries.

· Compare site expenditures against approved project budgets to spot early overruns.

· Monitor & update HO regarding project progress, stock and inventory records at the site.

· Reconcile material and diesel consumption with the store or site in-charge.

· Weekly preparation of the cash expense summary at the site against advances.

· Prepare weekly MIS reports of labour expense summaries, and outstanding payment

lists.

· Maintain accounts payable and coordinate payment releases with the head office.





· Daily Cross-check the bill with the GRN and record it in the ERP's purchase module.

· Daily recording of RA/final bills in the Site & Contracting Module of the ERP.

· Ensure accurate and timely billing on a week-on-week basis; send bills to HO weekly.

Skill Required:

· Knowledge of the ERP system, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets.

Working knowledge of GST and TDS.

· Minimum 5 years' experience in the real estate business, including knowledge of

construction stages, with an Accounts Background.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
