Job Role: Payroll Executive
Location: Koyambedu, Chennai
Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per month
Experience: 4–7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
- Manage PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare salary workings, payslips, F&F; settlements, bonus and gratuity calculations.
- Handle PF & ESI monthly returns, challans and employee-related queries.
- Maintain attendance, leave and payroll records.
- Prepare payroll MIS and statutory reports.
- Coordinate with clients/employees for payroll and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
- Solid knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF and payroll calculations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Candidates with hands-on payroll processing experience preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
