Job Description / Responsibilities:

- Assist in production line activities such as material feeding, machine operation, and product handling.
- Support process monitoring to ensure smooth flow of production and maintain quality standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions as guided by supervisors.
- Participate in daily production activities — sorting, inspection, packing, and labeling.
- Ensure proper safety compliance in the work area.
- Help in maintaining production records, data entry, and reporting of daily output.
- Learn and develop skills related to manufacturing operations, tools handling, and machine maintenance basics.
- Work in coordination with team members and shift in-charges for achieving production targets.

Eligibility:

- Qualification: BE / B.Tech Mechanical (as per NAPS guidelines)
- Age:



As per Apprenticeship Act norms
- Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers preferred)

Skills Required:

- Basic understanding of manufacturing / production process
- Willingness to learn and adapt to shop floor activities
- Good team coordination and discipline
- Ability to work in shift system
