Job Role: Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer communication, sales orders, documentation, follow-ups, and coordination between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the sales team, customers, and internal departments for smooth order processing.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders, customer information, payments, and dispatches.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and pending requirements.
- Conduct regular cold calling and lead generation to identify potential customers, introduce products/services, and generate new sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch,



logistics, accounts, and other departments.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
- Maintain proper documentation and update sales data in ERP/CRM systems.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
