Job Title: Senior Pharmacist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert Pharmacist to join our early-stage omnichannel Pharmacy startup. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree, with a strong background in customer handling, persuasive skills, inventory management, pharmaceutical buying and procurement, and new store setup. Responsibilities:

1. Customer Handling:

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and offering expert advice on medications, health conditions, and wellness products.

- Dispense prescription medications 100% accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

- Educate customers on proper medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions.

2. Inventory Management:

- Oversee inventory control and management processes, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimising product wastage.

- Monitor expiration dates, perform regular stock audits, and manage product recalls or returns.

- Collaborate with suppliers to maintain a consistent supply chain, negotiate pricing, and establish favourable terms.

3. Retail store operations:





- Run day-to-day operations with accurate billing, packing, accurate cash management, collecting cash from delivery executives and following all store procedures strictly.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor of Pharmacy degree.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a pharmacist, preferably in a retail chain popular Pharmacy.

- Strong customer handling skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service and address customer concerns effectively.

- Excellent persuasive and communication skills.

- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and manage a team effectively.

- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of pharmacy management software and inventory control systems.

- Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and market trends.
